资源简介:
采集6类22种气象数据、风浪预报和船舶修造企业地理信息,探究各气象要素对进出坞作业船舶修造工艺流程的影响。研制进出坞作业气象风险预报模型,搭建专业的气象服务平台,形成即时气象监测超阈值告警、小时到日的气象风险动态预警及影响提示和应对措施等数字化服务产品,实现进出坞作业气象风险从观测、预报预警到服务、应急处置的全流程闭环管理,有效提升企业气象风险防范能力和安全生产效率。通过实时更新的实况或预报数据,得到进出坞作业相应的气象要素影响等级,采用函数最大值方法,取各因子气象风险等级中的最高等级。假设进出坞作业的气象风险等级为Y5,具体计算公式如下:Y5=max(Yw,Yr,Yt,Yv,Ym),其中Yw为风力对应的气象风险等级,当风力>8级为Ⅰ级(高风险),当6级<风力≤8级为Ⅱ级(中风险),当风力≤6级为Ⅲ级(低风险);Yr为降水量对应的气象风险等级,当降雨量≥20.0毫米为Ⅰ级(高风险),当10.0毫米≤降雨量<20.0毫米为Ⅱ级(中风险),当降雨量<10.0毫米为Ⅲ级(低风险);Yt为气温对应的气象风险等级,当气温<0.0℃或气温≥37.0℃为Ⅰ级(高风险),当0.0℃≤气温≤3.0℃或35.0℃≤气温<37.0℃为Ⅱ级(中风险),当3.0℃<气温<35.0℃为Ⅲ级(低风险);Yv为能见度对应的气象风险等级,当能见度≤1000米为Ⅰ级(高风险),当1000米<能见度≤2000米为Ⅱ级(中风险),当能见度>2000米为Ⅲ级(低风险);Ym为对流天气对应的气象风险等级,在5km范围内,有闪电为Ⅰ级(高风险),无闪电为Ⅲ级(低风险)。
This dataset collects 22 types of meteorological data under 6 categories, wind and wave forecasts, and geographic information of shipbuilding and ship-repair enterprises, aiming to explore the impacts of various meteorological factors on the ship repair and construction processes of vessels during docking and undocking operations. We developed a meteorological risk forecasting model for docking and undocking operations, built a professional meteorological service platform, and launched digital service products including real-time meteorological monitoring over-threshold alerts, hourly-to-daily dynamic meteorological risk early warnings, impact prompts and targeted response measures. This system realizes the closed-loop management of the entire process of meteorological risk for docking and undocking operations, from observation, forecasting and early warning to service provision and emergency disposal, effectively improving the meteorological risk prevention capabilities and safe production efficiency of enterprises. Based on real-time updated in-situ observation or forecast data, the corresponding impact level of meteorological factors for docking and undocking operations is derived, where the highest level among the meteorological risk levels of all factors is selected via the maximum function method. Assuming the meteorological risk level of docking and undocking operations is Y5, the specific calculation formula is as follows:

Where:
Yw: Meteorological risk level corresponding to wind force. Level Ⅰ (high risk) when wind force > 8; Level Ⅱ (medium risk) when 6 < wind force ≤ 8; Level Ⅲ (low risk) when wind force ≤ 6.
Yr: Meteorological risk level corresponding to precipitation. Level Ⅰ (high risk) when rainfall ≥ 20.0 mm; Level Ⅱ (medium risk) when 10.0 mm ≤ rainfall < 20.0 mm; Level Ⅲ (low risk) when rainfall < 10.0 mm.
Yt: Meteorological risk level corresponding to air temperature. Level Ⅰ (high risk) when air temperature < 0.0℃ or ≥ 37.0℃; Level Ⅱ (medium risk) when 0.0℃ ≤ air temperature ≤ 3.0℃ or 35.0℃ ≤ air temperature < 37.0℃; Level Ⅲ (low risk) when 3.0℃ < air temperature < 35.0℃.
Yv: Meteorological risk level corresponding to visibility. Level Ⅰ (high risk) when visibility ≤ 1000 m; Level Ⅱ (medium risk) when 1000 m < visibility ≤ 2000 m; Level Ⅲ (low risk) when visibility > 2000 m.
Ym: Meteorological risk level corresponding to convective weather. Level Ⅰ (high risk) when lightning occurs within 5 km; Level Ⅲ (low risk) when no lightning occurs within 5 km.
