This study focuses on improving the earthquake performance of high-voltage (HV) porcelain insulators using a cost-effective seismic isolation device with polyurethane springs. By integrating a supplementary steel damper mechanism, the device's damping properties were enhanced. Extensive testing and analysis showed that this enhanced isolation system significantly improved the insulators' resilience during the February 6th, 2023, Kahramanmaraş Earthquakes (M7.7 Pazarcık and M7.6 Elbistan).

本研究旨在通过搭载聚氨酯弹簧的高性价比隔震装置,提升高压(high-voltage, HV)瓷绝缘子的抗震性能。通过集成辅助钢制阻尼机构,该装置的阻尼性能得到增强。大量试验与分析结果表明,该优化后的隔震系统在2023年2月6日的卡赫拉曼马拉什地震(M7.7帕扎尔吉克地震、M7.6埃尔比斯坦地震)中,显著提升了绝缘子的抗震韧性。
