<b>Influence of hydrodynamics</b><b> on the </b><b>composition</b><b> and reactivity of particulate organic matter in a large river influenced ocean margin</b>

This data set includes concentrations of DO, Chl-a, nutrients, POC, PN and amino acids. In addition, amino acid-based degradation indicators and bacterial contributions to POC were also presented.本数据集涵盖溶解氧（Dissolved Oxygen, DO）、叶绿素a（Chlorophyll-a, Chl-a）、营养盐、颗粒有机碳（Particulate Organic Carbon, POC）、颗粒总氮（Particulate Nitrogen, PN）及氨基酸的浓度数据。此外，基于氨基酸的降解指标以及细菌对颗粒有机碳的贡献率相关信息也均收录于本数据集。
