Affymetrix SNP array data for colon cancer samples

DNA from resected colon cancer primary tumour tissue was analyzed for association between tumour dissemination and copy number alterations. Affymetrix SNP arrays were performed according to the manufacturer's directions on DNA extracted from cryopreserved tissue samples.

本研究对手术切除的结直肠癌原发肿瘤组织中的脱氧核糖核酸（DNA）进行分析，以探究肿瘤播散与拷贝数变异（Copy Number Alterations）之间的关联。实验采用从冷冻保存组织样本中提取的DNA，并严格按照制造商提供的操作指南完成了Affymetrix单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）阵列检测。
