本研究旨在探究饲喂三种不同日粮的骆驼的瘤胃微生物群落，所涉三种日粮分别为埃及三叶草干草（Berseem Hay）、小麦秸秆（Wheat Straw）以及埃及三叶草干草与精料混合日粮（Berseem hay/concentrate mixture），实验采用16S核糖体RNA（16S rRNA）基因V4可变区测序技术完成相关分析。
