Analysis of rumen microbial community of the desert camel using 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing.

Study designed to investigate the rumen microbial community of Camels fed 3 different diets - Berseem Hay, Wheat Straw and Berseem hay/concentrate mixture - using sequencing of the variable region V4 of the 16S rRNA gene本研究旨在探究饲喂三种不同日粮的骆驼的瘤胃微生物群落，所涉三种日粮分别为埃及三叶草干草（Berseem Hay）、小麦秸秆（Wheat Straw）以及埃及三叶草干草与精料混合日粮（Berseem hay/concentrate mixture），实验采用16S核糖体RNA（16S rRNA）基因V4可变区测序技术完成相关分析。
