本数据集包含取自不同日龄、处于不同血液饥渴与饱食状态的斯氏按蚊(Anopheles stephensi)中脑的批量RNA测序(bulk RNAseq)数据,具体分组如下: 1. 0~7小时龄雌蚊:对血液无取食意愿 2. 0~7小时龄雄蚊:对血液无取食意愿 3. 5日龄未交配雌蚊(饲喂蔗糖):血液取食欲望旺盛 4. 5日龄雄蚊(饲喂蔗糖):对血液无取食意愿 5. 吸血后24小时的未交配雌蚊:血液取食欲望旺盛 6. 吸血后24小时的已交配雌蚊:对血液无取食意愿 7. 产卵后24小时的雌蚊:血液取食欲望旺盛 每组均设置3次生物学重复。
