本数据集包含取自不同日龄、处于不同血液饥渴与饱食状态的斯氏按蚊（Anopheles stephensi）中脑的批量RNA测序（bulk RNAseq）数据，具体分组如下：
1. 0~7小时龄雌蚊：对血液无取食意愿
2. 0~7小时龄雄蚊：对血液无取食意愿
3. 5日龄未交配雌蚊（饲喂蔗糖）：血液取食欲望旺盛
4. 5日龄雄蚊（饲喂蔗糖）：对血液无取食意愿
5. 吸血后24小时的未交配雌蚊：血液取食欲望旺盛
6. 吸血后24小时的已交配雌蚊：对血液无取食意愿
7. 产卵后24小时的雌蚊：血液取食欲望旺盛
每组均设置3次生物学重复。
