Zipped R code and necessary data for MaxEnt species distribution modeling used in "Phylogeography of a widespread sub-Saharan murid rodent Aethomys chrysophilus: the role of geographic barriers and paleoclimate in the Zambezian bioregion." It covers loading of data, model selection, fitting and prediction as well as assessment of variable importances. Included is also the code for plotting of predicted relative occurrence rates (ROR) and for "double density plots" confronting distribution of variable values across background with its ROR-weighted version.
