Metagenomic sequencing of western Canadian cattle feedlot water bowl samples

untargeted metagenomic sequencing of water and sediment samples from cattle watering bowls in an established feedlot in western Canada. The study goal was to detect antimicrobial resistance genes present in the microbiome of the watering bowls. This study provides data on an environmental microbiome with which the cattle interact with daily.
