Structure output for the western rockhopper penguin (with location priors)

This file contains the structure input file (.str, .txt) and the plots (.html) generated for different values of <i>K</i> in Structure, using the filtered SNP dataset that contains the western rockhopper penguin (<i>E. chrysocome</i>), with location priors.

本文件包含针对STRUCTURE软件中不同聚类组数K所生成的STRUCTURE结构分析输入文件（.str、.txt格式）与可视化绘图文件（.html格式）；所用数据集为经过过滤的、包含西部跳岩企鹅（*E. chrysocome*）的单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）数据集，且分析时采用了位置先验信息。
