AtXRN4 affects the turnover of plant small RNAs

Small RNA (sRNA) turnover is a key but poorly understood mechanism that decided the homeostasis of sRNAs. Animal XRN genes contribute the degradation of sRNAs, but the possible functions of their plant orthologues in sRNA degradation are unknown.
