Genome-wide map of long non-coding RNA steroid receptor RNA activator (SRA) and its associated RNA heliase p68 in human pluripotent stem cells NTERA2. Homo sapiens

We performed Chromatin Isolation by RNA Purification (ChIRP) of SRA and ChIP of p68 following by high-throughput sequencing in NTERA2 cell line. We find that SRA localizes with p68 genome-wide at genes whose function is involved in embryonic development. Overall design: SRA ChIRP and p68 ChIP of triplicate samples.

本研究在NTERA2细胞系中，针对SRA开展RNA纯化染色质分离（Chromatin Isolation by RNA Purification，ChIRP）实验，针对p68开展染色质免疫沉淀（Chromatin Immunoprecipitation，ChIP）实验，随后进行高通量测序。研究发现，SRA与p68在全基因组范围内共定位于功能涉及胚胎发育的基因。实验整体设计：SRA ChIRP与p68 ChIP均设置三份生物学重复样本。
