In order to examine the mechanism of TPO on cardiac protection against DOX damage, we have employed whole genome microarray expression profiling as a discovery platform to identify genes with the potential to delineate the TPO cardioprotective mechanism against DOX-induced cardiomyopathy Overall design: Dox and TPO induced gene expressions in rat heart were measured at day 6. Two biological replicates were performed for each treatment group.

为厘清血小板生成素(Thrombopoietin, TPO)对抗阿霉素(Doxorubicin, DOX)诱导心脏损伤的保护机制,本研究采用全基因组微阵列表达谱作为筛选平台,以鉴定可阐明TPO抗阿霉素心肌病保护机制的潜在相关基因。 实验整体设计:于第6天检测大鼠心脏中DOX与TPO诱导的基因表达水平,每个处理组均设置2次生物学重复。
