Petrel Sub-basin Marine Survey (GA-0335 / SOL5463) (NLECI Program) - High Resolution Bathymetry Grids

The Petrel Sub-basin Marine Environmental Survey GA-0335 was acquired by the RV Solander during May 2012 as part of the Commonwealth Government's National Low Emission Coal Initiative (NLECI). The survey was undertaken as a collaboration between Geoscience Australia and the Australian Institute of Marine Science (AIMS) . The purpose was to acquire geophysical and biophysical data on shallow (less than 100m water depth) seabed environments within two targeted areas in the Petrel Sub-basin to support investigation for CO2 storage potential in these areas.This dataset is not to be used for navigational purposes.

佩特雷尔次盆地海洋环境调查GA-0335数据集由索兰德号研究船（RV Solander）于2012年5月采集，系澳大利亚联邦政府国家低排放煤炭倡议（National Low Emission Coal Initiative，缩写NLECI）的项目组成部分。本次调查由澳大利亚地质调查局（Geoscience Australia）与澳大利亚海洋科学研究所（Australian Institute of Marine Science，缩写AIMS）合作开展，旨在采集佩特雷尔次盆地两处目标区域内水深小于100米的浅海海底环境的地球物理与生物物理数据，以支撑上述区域的二氧化碳封存潜力调查工作。本数据集不得用于航行导航用途。
