In vitro DNA affinity purification and sequencing of CcpE binding regions

CcpE is an important LysR family transcriptional regulator of Staphylococcus aureus, but its direct binding targets have not been studies. To depicture the direct targets of CcpE, we performed in vitro DNA affinity purification and sequencing (IDAP-Seq).
