The objectives of this study were: 1) to investigate the most enrich pathways respond to low temperature, according to Gene Ontology, Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes analyses; 2) to identify low-temperature-induced genes in the Lanzhou lily ; and 3) to explain the physiological changes at transcriptional level. We hypothesized that chilling stress mainly affects gene expression involved in photosynthesis, carbon assimilation and antioxidant pathways at transcriptional level, thus to influence plants’ gowth and development.
本研究的目标如下:1)基于基因本体(Gene Ontology)与京都基因与基因组百科全书(Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes)的分析,探究响应低温的最显著富集通路;2)鉴定兰州百合中的低温诱导基因;3)从转录水平阐释生理变化。本研究假设,低温胁迫主要在转录层面影响参与光合作用、碳同化及抗氧化通路的基因表达,进而影响植物的生长发育。
