This series of four volumes provides an index to the correspondence of the Electricity Commission of New South Wales.  It probably indexes only incoming correspondence.The information given in each volume includes: date, name [of correspondent], subject, file number, and the position title the correspondence was 'Directed to' and the date it was forwarded.The entries are arranged alphabetically by the name of the correspondent in date order in which their correspondence was received.  Tabs provide further divisions, for example, the letter 'A' has three tabs - AA-AL, AM-AQ and AR-AZ. The volumes cover alphabetical sequences: A-E, F-K, L-Q and R-Z.
