Melchiorre Cesarotti

Melchiorre Cesarotti (1730-1821) was a teacher and later became lecturer of Greek and Hebrew at the University of Padua. He organised cultural meetings in his house, hosting a lot of famous poets and men of letters of his time. He won the title of 'outstanding professor', a qualification only given to distinguished lecturers.梅尔基奥雷·切萨罗蒂（Melchiorre Cesarotti）(1730-1821) 早年以教师为业，后出任帕多瓦大学希腊语与希伯来语讲师。他在私宅中举办文化雅集，接待了当时一众知名诗人与文人雅士。他曾获“杰出教授（outstanding professor）”称号，该殊荣仅授予资质卓越的讲师。
