This study aims to explore how <i>Chlamydia trachomatis</i> regulates mitochondrial and microtubule dynamics through the LONP1 protein, ultimately promoting homotypic inclusion fusion. A range of techniques, including Western blot (WB), immunofluorescence staining, PCR, electron microscopy, and calcium ion live-cell probes, were employed to systematically analyze the role of LONP1 in modulating cellular structure and function during <i>Chlamydia trachomatis</i> infection.
本研究旨在探讨沙眼衣原体(Chlamydia trachomatis)如何通过LONP1蛋白调控线粒体与微管动态变化,最终促进同型包涵体融合。本研究采用蛋白质免疫印迹(Western blot, WB)、免疫荧光染色、聚合酶链式反应(PCR)、电子显微镜以及钙离子活细胞探针等多种技术手段,系统分析了沙眼衣原体感染过程中LONP1在调控细胞结构与功能中的作用。
