Monthly Skin Disease Cases Of Ghana

This dataset was used in a study sent to Model Assisted Statistics and Applications for publication and was obtained from the Ghana Health Information System (GHIS), a centralized national health database that records aggregated monthly health indicators from healthcare facilities across Ghana.
