目的：证明复合水凝胶微囊中形成和培养的干细胞来源肝类器官的均一性、活性和功能表达；样品分组：2D常规培养肝类器官和复合水凝胶微囊中3D培养肝类器官；获取方式：对不同培养条件下的细胞进行免疫荧光染色分析。
Objective: To verify the homogeneity, viability, and functional expression of stem cell-derived liver organoids formed and cultured in composite hydrogel microcapsules; Sample groups: 2D conventionally cultured liver organoids and 3D cultured liver organoids within composite hydrogel microcapsules; Data acquisition: Immunofluorescence staining analysis was conducted on cells under different culture conditions.
