This dataset is generated during the delivery of pharmaceutical care services by the hospital's Department of Pharmacy, integrating patient medication records extracted from electronic medical records (EMRs), including drug names, dosages, administration routes, administration frequencies, drug indications, contraindications, complications, and other relevant information. It consists of structured medication data and clinical diagnoses, and is intended to power Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS). Its core business application is real-time audit in physician order entry systems.
