Whole transcriptome of PAM

Strand-specific RNA-sequencing (ssRNA-seq) and miRNA-sequencing (miRNA-seq) were carried out to profile the whole transcriptome of PAMs in the negative control, PRRSV-infected, and tylvalosin tartrates-treatment group.
