This dataset contains building information and monitoring data collected within the AccesS project—Enhancing Accessibility and Sustainability in Smart Cities and Smart Buildings: The Universal Accessibility Suite Initiative. It covers a one-year monitoring period (2025–2026) and is based on measurements collected at the CERTH nZEB Smart House, which is used as a testbed. The monitoring data include indoor environmental conditions and building-level energy measurements. The data extend previously published datasets from the H2020 project D²EPC and are fully compatible with them, enabling unified analysis and further research. 本数据集收录了AccesS项目(全称:提升智慧城市与智能建筑可及性与可持续性:通用可及性套件计划)所采集的建筑信息与监测数据。本次监测周期为2025年至2026年,共计一年,数据采集自作为试验测试平台的CERTH近零能耗(nZEB)智能住宅。 监测数据涵盖室内环境参数与建筑级能耗测量结果。本数据集扩充了欧盟地平线2020(H2020)项目D²EPC已发布的数据集,且二者完全兼容,可支持统一分析与后续研究工作。 本次提供的文件包括: i) 该智能住宅基于建筑信息模型(BIM, Building Information Modeling)的数据模型,格式为工业基础类(IFC, Industry Foundation Classes)文件(.ifc格式); ii) 2025年至2026年期间采集的建筑室内环境与能耗监测数据,存储于独立的JSON(JavaScript Object Notation)文件中,具体分类如下: - 整栋建筑:照明与家电用电能耗 - 建筑光伏(Photovoltaic, PV)系统:光伏发电量 - 客厅:二氧化碳浓度、温度、湿度、光照度、人员存在状态、PM₂.₅浓度、总挥发性有机化合物(Total Volatile Organic Compounds, TVOCs)含量、声压级 - 办公室:温度、湿度、光照度、人员存在状态 技术参数:所安装的传感器与计量设备如下: - 整栋建筑计量设备:Gavazzi 271型电表,公开标识为1aa752e1-2797-4d10-b5fa-bbbaf0402927 - 建筑光伏系统:Fronius Symo型逆变器,公开标识为1dcc86c8-1593-4b60-9e4a-513ddeb6f1d4 - 客厅传感器:MCO Home A8-9型多参数传感器,公开标识为7f3da9a1-cfaf-472e-b703-8a81775a5ac1 - 办公室传感器:Aeotec Multisensor 6型多参数传感器,公开标识为b1fa31e1-3658-466a-ba09-1a1fa4b954d0
