This dataset contains targeted RNA sequencing (TempO-Seq) data derived exclusively from immune-enriched regions of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) tissues. Spatial transcriptomic profiling was performed on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) sections, and only areas characterized by immune cell infiltration were microdissected and sequenced.The resulting FASTQ files and normalized gene expression data represent comprehensive gene profiles retrieved from these immune-dominant microenvironments. The goal of this study is to characterize immune gene signatures associated with immune cells and clinical outcome in TNBC.These data contribute to understanding how spatial immune architecture influences prognosis and immune evasion, with implications for immunotherapy stratification in breast cancer. All raw and processed data are freely accessible under this GEO submission.
