To develop relevant Outstanding Universal Values (OUV) within the property, as well as to identifies a current defect in the studied property.<br>Rejuvenating and Promoting the property to be a valuable historical asset to the local community and nation as well as a significant historical value to the future generation主要用途：<br>1. 识别文化遗产资产的潜在价值（即文化重要性）；<br>2. 拟定所研究遗产地内相关的突出普遍价值（Outstanding Universal Values, OUV），并查明该遗产地现存的各类缺陷。<br>复兴并推广该遗产地，使其成为当地社区与国家的宝贵历史资产，同时为后世留存其重要的历史价值。
