Éléments de géométrie algébrique (EGA): Canonical French and Standalone English Editions

EGA II printed p.32 / standalone-English R200 identity checkpoint. This same-concept successor maintains exactly two independent cumulative editions. The canonical diplomatic French reader and master are now admitted through EGA II printed p.32. The independent standalone English EGA 0–IV source was rechecked sentence by sentence for the corresponding page; R200 changes no source byte and the 1,345-page English reader was correctly not rebuilt. French and English retain separate masters, sources, manifests, QA, and reversible ledgers; there is no bilingual, paired, parallel, side-by-side, interleaved, or combined reader. Printed p.32 adds the local-ring and rational-function consequences after 2.5.5, Propositions 2.5.6 and 2.5.7 with proofs, Corollaries 2.5.8 and 2.5.9, 2.5.10, and formula 2.5.11.1. The French append is 3,895 bytes with an exact truncation inverse. The cumulative French reader has 165 A4 pages; deterministic passes two and three are byte-identical, and physical p.165 passed visual QA. The standalone English comparison found no necessary correction. Its explicit functor notation in 2.5.10 is recorded as a transparent normalization of the printed French idiom. R200 is a complete 127-file identity successor to R199. Earlier source-grounded English corrections and every exact inverse remain preserved. 03_INDEX.md is non-reader semantic metadata and does not join the two reading orders. This checkpoint is not completion of canonical French EGA 0–IV. Deligne, SGA, FAC, and GAGA remain outside scope. Earlier versions and the 80 inherited files remain immutable historical evidence.
