Whole genome sequencing

Non-neoplastic gastric genome DNA from 185 patients diagnosed with gastric cancer at Ruijin hospital (n=139) and Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center (n=46) (patients provided their informed consent for use of sample for research) were collected and frozen at -80°C until use. Whole-genome sequencing was performed. Libraries were constructed with ~400-bp insert length, and paired-end 150-bp reads were sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq X10 sequencer. The average sequencing coverage for each individual was 30-fold.

本数据集采集自瑞金医院（n=139）与复旦大学附属肿瘤医院（n=46）共185例确诊胃癌患者的非肿瘤性胃基因组DNA，所有患者均签署了样本用于科学研究的知情同意书。采集后的样本于-80℃冻存待用。随后开展全基因组测序：构建插入片段长度约400bp的测序文库，采用Illumina HiSeq X10测序平台进行双端150bp读长测序，单样本平均测序覆盖度为30倍。
