This dataset contains spatial distribution information for 2,466 endemic plant species on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau (QTP), derived from species occurrence records obtained from the Global Biodiversity Information Facility (GBIF). The dataset underwent rigorous quality control procedures, including coordinate validation, duplicate removal, and spatial rarefaction, resulting in 36,909 high-quality occurrence records (from an initial raw dataset of 53,116 records). Each record includes core metadata such as species name, decimal-degree coordinates, and collection year.This dataset provides foundational data support for endemic plant diversity conservation on the QTP, protected area effectiveness evaluation, and conservation priority identification under climate change scenarios. Based on this dataset, combined with WorldClim climatic data, soil data (HWSD v2.0), topographic data, and human footprint data, the following studies can be conducted using MaxEnt species distribution models and the Zonation spatial prioritization algorithm:(1) Analysis of species richness patterns and driving factors of endemic plants on the QTP;(2) Projection of range expansion and contraction trends of endemic plants under climate change scenarios;(3) Evaluation of the effectiveness of existing protected area networks in capturing biodiversity hotspots;(4) Spatial optimization of climate-informed conservation priority areas.This dataset is organized in a folder structure containing 2,466 CSV files, each corresponding to the occurrence records of a single endemic plant species. The dataset is openly accessible under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
本数据集包含青藏高原(Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, QTP)上2466种特有植物的空间分布信息,数据源自全球生物多样性信息设施(Global Biodiversity Information Facility, GBIF)获取的物种出现记录。本数据集经过严格的质量控制流程,包括坐标校验、去重与空间稀疏化处理,从初始原始数据集的53116条记录中筛选得到36909条高质量物种出现记录。每条记录均包含物种名称、十进制度坐标、采集年份等核心元数据。本数据集可为青藏高原特有植物多样性保护、保护区有效性评估以及气候变化情景下的保护优先区识别提供基础数据支撑。依托本数据集,并结合WorldClim气候数据、土壤数据(HWSD v2.0)、地形数据与人类足迹数据,可结合MaxEnt物种分布模型与Zonation空间优先性算法开展如下研究:(1)青藏高原特有植物物种丰富度格局及其驱动因子分析;(2)气候变化情景下特有植物分布范围扩张与收缩趋势预测;(3)现有保护区网络对生物多样性热点区域的覆盖有效性评估;(4)兼顾气候因素的保护优先区空间优化。本数据集采用文件夹结构组织,内含2466个CSV文件,每个文件对应单一特有植物物种的出现记录。本数据集遵循知识共享署名4.0国际许可协议(Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, CC BY 4.0)开放获取。
