针对急性髓系白血病（AML）细胞内活性氧（ROS）的调节构建了复合纳米酶Au@CeO2，研究了纳米酶组装体对细胞内ROS轴向转化的推动作用和治疗效果，具有一定的科学研究价值和应用前景。构建的Au@CeO2复合纳米酶具有SOD、CAT等多酶活性，在高氧化应激条件下，具有稳定的SOD模拟酶活性，能够介导ROS抗氧化轴向转化O2•-→H2O2→O2/H2O，阻断AML细胞内的周期信号，抑制细胞的增殖。
