Phylogeny and evolution of the Neotropical Myristicaceae based on targeted capture molecular data and morphology.

The Myristicaceae Neotropical taxa form a monophyletic clade. In order to understand its evolutionary history and to support robust species delimitations, this study aims at reconstructing phylogenetic relationships in Myristicaceae using target capture sequencing.

肉豆蔻科（Myristicaceae）的新热带类群构成一个单系演化支。为阐明该类群的演化历史并支撑可靠的物种界定，本研究拟采用目标捕获测序（target capture sequencing）技术，重构肉豆蔻科的系统发育关系。
