This dataset includes supporting tables and figures for my PhD thesis at the University of Toronto, entitled \"Hybridisation in Primates: Cryptic Admixture and Adaptive Introgression\" in partial fulfillment of the degree requires for the Department of Anthropology (Evolutionary Anthropology).
