The study aimed to map epigenomic locations of separase-cleaved REC8 using chromatin IP analyzed by high-throughput sequencing on purified germ cells from M. fascicularis testis M. fascicularis is a monkey with non-seasonal male germ cells production, and the most comon primate used for preclinical animal studies. The ChIP-on-CHEP study was done with proprienaly mAbs developed against the COOH-terminal peptides of REC8* after cleavage by separase: X-LLEIPR* and X-EIEVPR*

本研究旨在通过经高通量测序(high-throughput sequencing)分析的染色质免疫沉淀(chromatin IP)技术,对食蟹猕猴(M. fascicularis)睾丸纯化生殖细胞中经分离酶(separase)切割的REC8蛋白的表观基因组位点进行定位绘制。食蟹猕猴是一类雄性生殖细胞生成无季节性的非人灵长类动物,同时也是临床前动物研究中最常用的灵长类实验动物。本次ChIP-on-CHEP实验采用了针对分离酶切割后REC8蛋白羧基末端肽段X-LLEIPR*与X-EIEVPR*开发的专有单克隆抗体(mAbs)完成。
