本数据集包含从小鼠胚胎干细胞(mouse embryonic stem cells, mESCs)中获取的生物素标记Jmjd2b、Jmjd2c的全基因组结合占据谱,同时涵盖野生型mESCs、GFP靶向敲低(GFP knockdown, KD)、Jmjd2b敲低(Jmjd2b KD)及Jmjd2c敲低(Jmjd2c KD)mESCs中选定因子与组蛋白修饰的全基因组结合占据谱;本研究旨在鉴定mESCs基因组内Jmjd2b与Jmjd2c的全基因组结合靶位点,以及GFP靶向敲低、Jmjd2b敲低和Jmjd2c敲低mESCs中选定因子与组蛋白修饰的全基因组结合位点。
