Identification of transcription start sites in soybean

In this project, we detect the accurate and confident transcription start sites in eight tissues by using STRIPE-seq.本研究利用STRIPE-seq技术，在八种组织中精准且高置信度地鉴定出转录起始位点（transcription start site）。
