Plant natural-product atlas — version 2 (PubMed species layer)

Version 2 = version 1 unchanged (frozen run atlas_plantes_20261005T141832_961774, doi:10.5281/zenodo.23286626, file carried over byte-identical) + species named in the PubMed phytochemistry literature 1990–2025. Data as of 24 October 2026. The layer adds 5,062 species absent from version 1 (28,882 species in total) and lists 57,932 species–paper links (PMIDs) for 14,707 WCVP species. A PubMed mention shows research attention, not documented chemistry; no compound or species–compound pair is added. 350 species judged false on reading their papers were removed; estimated precision of the species kept: about 94% (85–98%).
