Collection of MicroCT images of tomato seeds

Cross section images of 105 tomato seeds obtained by X-ray micro-CT. All seeds of this collection were morphometrically characterised in order to investigate prediction potential of internal and external seed morphology on germination outcomes. For this purpose, after the micro-CT scanning, these seeds were used for a germination test in which outcomes of each seed ID were scored.

本数据集包含通过X射线显微计算机断层扫描（X-ray micro-CT）获取的105粒番茄种子的横断面图像。为探究种子内外形态对萌发结果的预测潜力，本数据集收录的全部种子均完成了形态计量学表征。基于该研究目标，在完成显微CT扫描后，这批种子被用于萌发试验，试验中对每粒带有唯一标识编号的种子的萌发结果进行了评分记录。
