Protein localisation during chromatin regulator depletion

Using ChECseq, we measured the effect of histone regulator depletion on chromatin protein localisation Overall design: Sensor and anchor-away-system carrying cells were grown to exponential phase and then regualtor depletion was induced using Rapamycin. ChEC-seq was induced at different timepoints after rapamycin addition.

本研究采用ChEC-seq技术，检测了组蛋白调控因子耗竭对染色质蛋白定位的影响。整体实验设计：将携带传感器与锚定逃逸系统（anchor-away-system）的细胞培养至指数生长期，随后通过雷帕霉素（Rapamycin）诱导调控因子耗竭，并在添加雷帕霉素后的不同时间点开展ChEC-seq实验。
