Loss of LKB1 leads to aberrant DC maturation and production of cytokines and immunoregulatory molecules. DCs (n = 7 per genotype) were isolated from the spleen, and CD25+CD4+ Tregs (n = 4 for WT, n = 3 for LKB1ΔDC mice) were isolated from the spleen and peripheral lymph nodes of WT and LKB1ΔDC mice. Overall design: This series includes 6 samples of splenic DCs (3 WT and 3 LKB1 KO DCs)
LKB1基因缺失会导致树突状细胞(Dendritic Cells, DC)成熟异常,并影响细胞因子与免疫调节分子的产生。研究人员从两种基因型小鼠的脾脏中分离树突状细胞(每组样本量n=7);同时从野生型(Wild Type, WT)及LKB1ΔDC小鼠的脾脏与外周淋巴结中分离CD25+CD4+调节性T细胞(Regulatory T cells, Tregs:野生型组n=4,LKB1ΔDC小鼠组n=3)。实验整体设计:本数据集包含6份脾脏树突状细胞样本,其中野生型组与LKB1敲除(Knockout, KO)组各3份。
