This study evaluated temporal gene expression profiles to better characterize the early transcriptional events and their relationship to the dynamics of the cytoprotective response in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) to CDDO-. Overall design: Time-course gene expression profiling was performed on HUVEC treated with CDDO-Im for 0.5, 1, 3, 6, and 24 hours.

本研究通过分析时序基因表达谱,旨在更精准地表征人脐静脉内皮细胞(human umbilical vein endothelial cells,HUVEC)经CDDO-处理后的早期转录事件,及其与细胞保护应答动态变化的关联。整体实验设计:采用CDDO-Im处理人脐静脉内皮细胞,分别于0.5、1、3、6及24小时后进行时序基因表达谱分析。
