Reproducible implementation for article: Reproducibility of a mathematical model of the neural regulation of phasic contractions and slow waves in the distal stomach

Accompanying OMEX file for the Physiome article "Reproducibility of a mathematical model of the neural regulation of phasic contractions and slow waves in the distal stomach".An OMEX archive is the Open Modelling Exchange format, the technical specification defining the format of the COMBINE archive, to allow it to be used within the COMBINE network. It contains all files required for the implementation of the model and reproduction of the simulation results presented. It can be opened by any type of ZIP reader - just rename the file extension from “.omex” to “.zip”.
