A taxonomic study of the New species. Waltera sp.

This project will characterize the phenology, genome, metabolites, and fatty acid composition of strains that are not classified as known species. Taxonomi c studies will be conducted by using comparative genome analysis and other methods, and the strains will be reported as new species.

本项目将对未被归类为已知物种的菌株的物候特性、基因组、代谢物以及脂肪酸组成进行系统表征。本项目将采用比较基因组分析等方法开展分类学研究，并将上述菌株鉴定为新物种并予以报道。
