Metabolomics of the skin dialysate collected from the forearm subjected to local heating

Raw metabolomics data obtained by CE-FTMS analysis of skin dialysate collected from the forearm skin of 12 participants. Skin dialysate samples were obtained under two conditions: baseline (39 degree celsius) and heating (41 degree celsius).本数据集为通过毛细管电泳-傅里叶变换质谱（CE-FTMS）分析12名受试者前臂皮肤采集的皮肤透析液所获得的原始代谢组学数据。皮肤透析液样本采集于两种实验条件：基础状态（39摄氏度）与加热状态（41摄氏度）。
