B. dendrobatidis Illumina resequencing project (Hammersmith)

Twenty isolates that had been collected from nine countries and four continents were chosen for sequencing. Most of these isolates have not been previously sequenced. The read length, depth and quality were all drastically improved from our previous round of SOLiD sequencing.

本研究选取了采自四大洲九个国家的二十株分离株进行测序。其中绝大多数分离株此前尚未完成测序。本次测序的读长、测序深度及数据质量，相较我们此前使用SOLiD平台完成的测序工作均有显著提升。
