mRNA sequencing of WNT2B KO MEFs

The data was gained form the mRNA sequence of WNT2B-KO MEFs vs Control MEFs. The cells were infected with AAV virus for 72 hours. One group was infected with the control virus and the other was infected with the knock-out virus.Three experimental data were obtained independently for each group.本数据集源自WNT2B基因敲除小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞（WNT2B-KO MEFs）与对照小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞（Control MEFs）的mRNA测序数据。所有受试细胞均经腺相关病毒（AAV）感染72小时，其中一组感染对照病毒，另一组感染敲除型病毒。每组均独立开展三次重复实验以获取实验数据。
