ropebwt indices

This repository provides BWTs of two large datasets in the ropebwt3 format: human100: 100 human haplotype assemblies (~300Gb on one strand) CommonBacteria: a subset of AllTheBacteria v0.2, excluding genomes in the "dustbin" and the "unknown" categories (~7.3Tb on one strand) BWTs here include both the forward and the reverse complement strands.
