Raman microscopy of live Schizosaccharomyces pombe yeast

We acquired coherent Raman microscopy data on fission yeast Schizosaccharomyces pombe (wild-type) and two mutants, dea2 and pdf1. Our aim was to collect spatially resolved biochemical data on living yeast cells. The image preview (rgb_overlay_large.png) is a composite of two single-wavenumber SRS acquisitions, taken at 2,850 (green) and 2,937 cm−1 (blue). This record contains the raw LIF files and metadata in JSON and CSV format. This release accompanies the pub "Coherent Raman imaging of live, unfixed Schizosaccharomyces pombe and mutants dea2 and pdf1", and the GitHub repository for visualizing the dataset and exporting images and metadata is here.我们针对粟酒裂殖酵母（Schizosaccharomyces pombe，野生型）以及dea2、pdf1两种突变株开展了相干拉曼显微镜（coherent Raman microscopy）数据采集工作，实验目的为获取活酵母细胞的空间分辨生化数据。图像预览文件（rgb_overlay_large.png）为两张单波数受激拉曼散射（Stimulated Raman Scattering，SRS）采集图像的合成结果，分别采集于2850 cm⁻¹（绿色通道）与2937 cm⁻¹（蓝色通道）。 本数据集包含原始LIF文件以及JSON、CSV格式的元数据。本次发布配套的学术论文为《活的、未固定的粟酒裂殖酵母及其突变株dea2与pdf1的相干拉曼成像》，用于可视化本数据集并导出图像与元数据的GitHub仓库链接详见此处。
