CDCDB description

Readme CDCDB is made of the following tables; the tables are visualized in the file CDCDB_schema.png: • aact_combs - drug combinations found in AACT, these drug combinations appeared in clinical trials: clinicalTrials.gov • aact_combs_with_identifiers - similar to aact_combs, but contains the identifiers of the drug in identifiers_entity column. In identifiers_entity, -1 indicates null, the first value is the drugbank_ID, and the second value is the PubChemID of the intervention. • all_combs_unormalized - Contains all of the drug combinations found in CDCDB from any of the sources. The table is an unnormalized version, which means that the combinations are represented in parenthesis. Multiple names which appear in the inner parenthesis of the 'drugs' column are different names used for the same intervention in the original data. The table also contains the identifiers of the interventions and their origin. • conditions - conditions associated with the clinical trials, the trials list can be found in the tables 'trials' • design_group - the design groups (arms ) of the clinical trials, the trials list can be found in the tables 'trials' • mesh_terms - mesh terms associated with the clinical trial, the trials list can be found in the tables 'trials'. This data is collected directly from AACT and not processed by CDCDB. • orangebook_combs - drug combinations curated from the FDA's orange book. The table also contains drug identifiers. • patents_ipc - list of patents and their International Patent Category (IPC) consisting CDCDB. • patents_metadata - metadata describing the patents. • References - references for the clinical trials used in CDCDB. This data is curated from AACT. • transformed_patents_drug - list of drug combinations that appeared in patents, including the drug identifiers. • trials - the list of clinical trails and metadata about them. It was collected from AACT. • web_preview - a simplified representation of CDCDB is provided in the table. Also available using non-programmatic access through our website. The table contains all of the combinations of drugs that appeared in any of the sources used to create CDCDB. The drugs are described using their name, DrugBank ID, and PubChem ID.CDCDB数据集自述文档由以下数据表构成，各表结构可视化于文件CDCDB_schema.png中： • aact_combs：源自AACT数据库的药物组合，此类组合曾出现于临床试验.gov（clinicalTrials.gov）收录的临床试验中。 • aact_combs_with_identifiers：与aact_combs类似，但新增‘identifiers_entity’列以存储药物标识符。该列中，值为-1表示空值，第一个值为DrugBank ID（drugbank_ID），第二个值为干预措施的PubChem ID（PubChemID）。 • all_combs_unormalized：收录CDCDB所有来源的药物组合。本表为非规范化数据表，组合以括号形式呈现；‘drugs’列内层括号中的多个名称，代表原始数据中同一干预措施的不同命名。本表同时收录干预措施的标识符及其来源信息。 • conditions：关联临床试验的病症信息，临床试验列表可在trials表中查询。 • design_group：临床试验的设计组（受试组别），临床试验列表可在trials表中查询。 • mesh_terms：关联临床试验的医学主题词（MeSH terms），临床试验列表可在trials表中查询。本数据直接取自AACT数据库，未经CDCDB加工处理。 • orangebook_combs：从FDA橙皮书（FDA's orange book）中整理得到的药物组合，本表同时收录药物标识符。 • patents_ipc：构成CDCDB的专利列表及其国际专利分类号（International Patent Classification, IPC）。 • patents_metadata：描述专利的元数据。 • References：CDCDB所用临床试验的参考文献信息，本数据从AACT数据库整理得到。 • transformed_patents_drug：专利中出现的药物组合列表，包含药物标识符。 • trials：临床试验列表及其元数据，采集自AACT数据库。 • web_preview：本表提供CDCDB的简化展示形式，用户也可通过官方网站以非编程方式访问。本表收录了构建CDCDB所用全部来源中的药物组合，药物以名称、DrugBank ID及PubChem ID进行标注。
