Sus scrofa Transcriptome or Gene expression

We analyzed the gene expression difference between healthy pig group and 3 porcine respiratory disease complex (PRDC) groups using a tag-based digital gene expression (DGE) method. From the four DGE-tag libraries, we obtained about 22, 16, 19, 21 million raw tags respectively, and 20, 15, 17, 19 million clean tags respectively.

本研究采用基于标签的数字基因表达（DGE）技术，分析了健康猪群与3组猪呼吸道疾病综合征（PRDC）患猪群之间的基因表达差异。从4个DGE标签文库中，我们分别获得约2200万、1600万、1900万、2100万条原始标签，并分别得到2000万、1500万、1700万、1900万条干净标签。
