This dataset includes six yeas field experiment raw data: crop yield, economic benefit, protein yield, greenhouse gas flux, soil properties, soil microbial community. The sequencing data of soil microbial has been submitted to the NCBI (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/), which are publicly available under accession no. SRR26083954-26083974 (16S rRNA) and SRR26083997-26084017 (ITS).
